So poor I gave up

Purchased a groupon offer for this business. Was really looking forward to it until the following: Phoned to book and lady spoke to did not know how to book appointments in her appointment book! so had to phone back and when i asked if there was any weekend appointments a different lady did not know and asked me to phone back again. Third call to this company i was told there was no weekend appointments for next 6-8 weeks so I was booked in on a weekday evening and the lady said she would be performing the treatment a few days later I recieved a call asking if I wanted to reschedule for a weekend I advised I was happy with the week day appointment now and it was left like that. A few days after that I recieved another call advising that the beautician does not work at the times I was booked in for and never has (two people spoke to me reference this appointment why was it not picked up earlier). When then trying to re-arrange I finally give up when excuses I am given from them about there poor customer service is bad mouthing there co-workers. Poor communication, Poor customer service and unreliable, if they cant even get the basics right I hold no hope on there actual beautician skills. Paying full price or offer this is not exceptable and would NOT recommend this company. They dont even deserve one star
