A ‘back street pub' hidden away on Silver Street in Ely, once an officers mess, The Prince Albert has always been known for the high standards of its beer and over the last 6 years has earned a great reputation for food. We work to a simple formula – good beer and good food in a friendly, comfortable environment.
To keep our real ale customers happy, we have 10 cask ales/ciders on offer, six of which are rotated regularly. We also hold an annual beer festival in the substantial garden with 30+ beers and ciders available.
There is a cosy restaurant to the rear of the pub as well as a bar area where visitors can eat. Dogs are welcome in the bar area and we do have our regulars! Sunday lunches are particularly lively with a good crowd of both eaters and drinkers.
The restaurant is great for private functions and Christmas parties alike. It holds up to 40 people and looks out onto the long, well established garden. All of our food is prepared from fresh so allergies and dietary requirements are easy to cater for.
