Considering its location and reputation, the food was of very reasonable for what must be the best chinese food in town. A must for a celebration as there is plenty of parking and easy going staff. Food was tasty and I left extremely full.

the food we had was nice, but nothing special,I had duck in champagne with pineapple and orange, was actually sweet n sour duck with no pineapple,it was nice though, plenty of duck. we were dissapointed on arrival, the man at reception kept answering the phone to take long take away orders.there was a part of 5 behind us who left. The service was very quick, the food was nice but average.it was dark so we didn't benefit from the surroundings,it was just a busy chinese restaurant.

The food on offer is just lovely and the setting amazing. The restaurant is set right beside a lake so the views are beautiful. The restaurant also offers a buffet service on a Sunday which is particularly good value. All you can eat :-)

Lovely location and good food

It's amazing the difference when a building is made for its purpose. Most restaurants (that are not fast food) are converted shop units/houses/WCs, but this is a purpose built chinese restaurant overlooking a lake. Food and service are excellent - especially the crispy aromatic duck.
