Disappointing!!

As a new customer to this hair salon, I took advantage of the half price hair cuts that Quirks were offering on two separate occasions. On my first occasion, I actually found the staff to be quite rude - no attempts to converse with their customers whatsoever. The lady that cut my hair looked frankly miserable and 'handed me over' to another member of staff half way through. When she returned, she stunk of cigarette smoke and then finished off styling my hair. I didn't like having my haircut by different members of staff just because one of them desperately needed to fulfil some personal issues ie. smoking. Anyway, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and returned a second time. This time, I had a different hairdresser to the previous occasion. This hairdresser was just as bad - ordering a young employee around and leaving me sporadically for a short time so that she could finish another customer's hair. I didn't enjoy the fact that the hairdresser switched between myself and another customer and it really shows in the way that she has cut my hair - its jagged and she failed to thin down my hair properly because she was so interested in the other customer. Do not go here under any circumstances, when they say 'half price hair cuts', you get the half arsed service as well. This place is short staffed and the service is terrible. The only good thing about this place is the friendly young girl that washed my hair, who clearly doesn't get the recognition that she deserves. I'm never going to this place again, there are much better hairdressers in High Wycombe.
