We provide Full Building Survey Reports. These are fully comprehensive reports tailored to suit the building and the purchaser.
You can be assure that all accessible parts are inspected. We can also arrange or advise on the testing of electrics, plumbing and drainage.
We offer a full comprehensive design service, starting with a detailed measured survey of the property to produce accurate plans of the existing layout and then lead you through each stage of the process. Planning Applications, Building Regulations, Schedules of Work, Builder's Quotations, Preparing Contracts, Construction Stage advice; as far as you need us to go.
Fixed fees detailed and explained at the outset, clearly split at each stage.
Defects can arise in any property, new or old, whether dampness, structural movement, timber defects or general material failure. If properly diagnosed early then consequential damage and great expense can be saved. We offer a fixed cost initial inspection and appraisal report to explain the nature of the problem and how to best resolve it. The advice is truly independent as we are not linked to, nor receive any incentives from, any builder or repair company.
