As architects we design and produce both drawings and specifications of new-builds, refurbishments and extensions. We invite tenders, monitor construction on site, certify payments and certify when the construction is complete. We can introduce you to a selection of excellent builders and can provide this full service, or just a part of it as you require.

We also give general planning advice on whether your proposal is feasible, and can conduct planning appeals.

We can provide expert evidence regarding building works.

Our fees are charged either as a percentage of overall building costs, as a lump sum, or at an hourly rate depending on the nature of the work and the client's preferences. Cole and Berry Architects has its origins in Weybridge in 1961 when the practice was started by David Cole. Paul Berry become a partner in 1985 and took over the practice in 2000. The practice moved to Gerrards Cross in 2008.

We have retained our connections with Weybridge and are able to provide our services to clients both there and now in Gerrards Cross.
