Waitresses friendly and all seemed to be going well, until we tried to use a "free dessert with every main course" voucher we printed from the web site. Despite checking before ordering that is was valid, when we tried to redeem the voucher, we were told it was only valid for one dessert, not one each. Very stroppy and defensive "manager" refused to honour the voucher, despite our £70 custom that time and the plan to visit again on numerous occasions. We won't be going there again.
