Eucalyptus revisited!!!
James and Ed have visited again to trim my Eucalyptus - it survived our harsh winter but needed another haircut. Once again excellent work and extremely tidy - more than I am in my garden!! Always polite and keen to answer other tree based questions for those on my allotment. Many thanks for a superb job - see you in two years.

What a difference a day makes!
First class work carried out and by two charming and polite young men. Tidy and efficient leaving the garden more spacious and neater than it was before they arrived. Suggested ideas which made the area look superb when finished.Excellent work and thanks for coming back James to top up the stumps! Strongly reccommended.

During the last 2 days James & Ed did an excellent job despite the freezing weather.They arrived on time ( rang to say slight delay due to roadworks & weather) carried out the work professionally & the 4 trees treated look well balanced.We agree with all the good comments too & they. cleaned the site up very well.

I was going to write lots of things but after reading everyone else's comments about James Fox (and co.) on this website, all I can say is that I totally agree with ALL the good comments. Top job, James! Cannot fault you. Really good service. Very reasonable price. My only regret is that I wish I had known about J. Fox last year when someone else had done a really bad and costly job on my tree.

Simply superb
Our first usa of Jim and Ed . . . having seen our neighbour's trees "done" by J Fox, we were absolutely confident in the quality of service we should receive. Not only did they do a superb job on the trees (five in all and all quite big), they cleaned up - properly! And, to boot, they are a really lovely pair of lads to have around, we should have no hesitation in recommending them; if your need your trees doing, look no further.

I would throroughly recommend James to anyone, he has done a fantastic job for us. Our very overgrown Cypress trees are back to looking their best and our garden was left extremely tidy. Both James and his colleague are very friendly and helpful - Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with James and the professionalism he showed he arrived on time and worked extremely hard to remove an elm tree for us.he cleared everyting away and was very polite .he even suggested we shut the doors and windows when he was sawing so the noise wouldnt disturb us I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone Thanks James an A* workman

Highly Recommended
We were very impressed with James and his quality of work. He arrived on time and got to work straight away, even in the pouring rain. Nothing seemed a problem or a job too small for James. We had our mixed cyrus evergreens and cherry tree plus others pruned and shaped. The garden looks amazing again thanks to James. He is coming back in a few weeks to take care of our apple tree! If you are looking for a reliable, honest, hard working & relatively inexpensive tree surgeon, then you cant go wrong giving James a call. Highly recommended - thanks James! A&C

Highly recommended
I have been very impressed with James' work. He felled several trees in our garden and removed the stumps. One tree was a huge Poplar tree but it was no problem with James' felling skills. I would be very happy to recommend his work and have already asked him to do come back to do further work. Thanks James for a great job!

Fabulous Work
James did a great job. He advised us clearly and gave us a plan going forward and then tackled an overgrown and unruly hedgerow after beautifuly taming a unkempt Birch tree. Where possible all of the stumps were removed and we have a plan for the rest of the garden. Fantastic job so far - I am even looking forward to the next lot of work in september. Thanks James.

Bartlett
We've had numerous people to prune the trees in our large garden - often the trees look hacked about after and take a long time to recover. James does a professional job at a good price and the trees are always shaped properly. Last week we had an enormous willow reduced by 50% and every log and twig was gone in just over two days. Recommended by us and both neighbours :)

James and a collegue arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time, worked fast and skillfully yo remove a 40year old Holly tree,cleared up carefully (the lawn looked clearer than before they started) and for a very small extra charge cut down the trunk of an old lilac which i had started to demolish All for a very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful.

A Real Gem
If you want a completely proactive and reliable tree care service, call James Fox. Not only is his work professional and tidy, but he goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Inclement weather forced James to cancel 2 booked appointments for my hedge trimming, but he called first thing in the morning both times to reschedule. That's real service!!

James tamed my unruly Eucalyptus!!!
I had left a small Eucalyptus to get to the size of my house - James advised it would get to 30m!!! Pruned the tree so it still looks like a tree and was very clean and tidy and did no damage to the surroundings plants in my "jungle" - many thanks for the service and look forward to using you again as my Eucalyptus continues to flourish - would definitely recommend them especially due to the tidiness and order my garden was left in

Hedge work
