At Amida Life Coaching, I offer a variety of coaching styles and approaches to help individuals who may be experiencing Spiritual depression, Complex PTSD or be victims of narcissistic abuse.

These coaching styles range from life coaching, metaphysical guidance, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis.

Coaching Plans and Strategies are developed with the needs of every individual client in mind, and take place over the short or long term to ensure success and growth.

“I wanted to help people be more honest with what they really wanted for themselves in their personal and professional lives. Helping them to connect, explore and develop their most dynamic fulfilled self in a safe, trustworthy environment without being afraid or anxious.

I am passionate about helping people of all ages , sexes and cultures to realise their true potential, and enabling them to increase their awareness and create a more dynamic and rewarding life.
