delivery service

The item ordered was a chest of draws as a gift for me from my parents the delivery was disgusting -the delivery man consistently swore at my dad raised his fists to hit my father who is in his 70's recovering from a major illness[my mother had to stop the delivery man from hitting my father she has also had major surgery this year ,all because my father asked the delivery man if he would put the chest of drawers upstairs as my father is physically not able to do this himself .The delivery man claimed he was the owner of the company .You cannot give any rating but I am unable to forward this review without a rating so I have to reluctantly give it a one -beware if you are elderly as this is not the company to use unless you want to face a barrage of verbal and physical abuse.
