Terrible service, be warned.
Food was okay, although service terrible. After I had paid I realised an item was missing from the order, three weeks later, almost 20 emails and still no refund. Just told lie after lie. Do NOT pay before you get your food, and when you do, check carefully before paying. Really disapointed about this, as food was pretty good. Staff are rude and aggressive if you complain.

I'm not indian cusine eater but must admit food was simply brilliant!!It was delivered on time, was fresh, hot, cooked just before delivery. I would recommend Nasima Tandoori to anyone wanting to order something really tasty and delivered straight to their doors. Well done Nasima!!

RUDE "TELEPHONIST"
When ordering the food i selected the ASAP option there was an online confirmation that the estimated time of arrival would be 19.45 it was 20.30 when there was no sign of the food i decided to ring nasiam and told them i had already broke fast and that i would not accept the food as it was too late, instead of apologising this young man told me to f*** off and stop wasting his time, in this time the delivery man came along and i politely refused and after i rang nasima tandoori up furious at how i was spoken to he said its not my problem instead of acknowledging he was at fault..as i am a lawyer by profession i was not at all happy with the customer service and there are UK laws surrounding trading standards i called backtelling him this is not how he should be addressing his customers by the use of profanity and then hanging up on them...he apologised and said the meal was on the house which i accepted. Restaurants need to appoint professional polite people not rudeboy gangster wannabee scum...i will publicise my experience to make sure it had a detrimental effect on their business. -1000,000/10 complete ammatuers by my standard.

awful charged me then didn't even deliver my order avoid unless you like being ripped off, I'll be contacting the police in the morning
