Disappointing customer service

Very disappointed customer service received today 27th July 2020 at Keys Supermarket in Slough around midday. After I had selected the shop as a delivery address in order to collect two parcels which I bought on eBay, the person who attended me (probably the manager/owner) threw one of the parcels near the counter as I could hear the sound of it. Therefore, I just asked nicely if he had threw my parcel as its contents could be broken as a result and if so, I may have to report it. He responded, he didn’t care if I reported which I found really rude and disrespectful towards his customer. When I replied to him expressing my dissatisfaction due to his inappropriate comments, he carry on repeating he won’t care if I report the damaged item which I found appalling and unnecessary. I definitely won’t be back to me store as I felt really badly treated due to his manners and customer service was nonexistent. I believe he should appreciate and look after his customers while running a small business and being in a pandemic and national financial crisis. Many thanks.
