I've just received my first batch of clothes (all 11.5kg of them) back and I have to say, I'm mightily impressed!! The service has literally been 5* from start to finish!! From the live chat feature on the website which they responded to me on instantly, to their same day pick-up, willingness to turn such a large order around in 24h, booking confirmation details being sent straight to my email with the option to drop in my calendar at the touch of a button, their promptness upon returning my clothes, communication generally, ease of payment and friendly faces when I open up the door smile emoticon Such great value for money, I'd thoroughly recommend to anyone.
