Food was a disgrace and tasted disgusting like I've never tasted before. This resturant does't even deserve 1 star!!!Customer service was again a disgrace, they don't know how to talk to cutomers and manager on site was even ruder than staff and didn't have a clue about his job.I will never ever be going to haveli again and will never recommend it to anyone!! what a waste of money!!

We visited the haveli's buffet offer on the 24th December, 2006. We were told by the staff that it would cost us £14.99 (normal sundays would cost 8.99)as it included the traditional roast. Although, we would prefer to have gone to an English Pub for a roast, we decided to give it a try. First of all, when I reserved the table, I was told that the buffet starts at 12 PM. We landed at 12.30 and ordered the drinks. In psite of it being 12.40, they were still arranging the dishes and we had to wait for it to be ready. The Indian starters were okay. I was thrilled to see the roast on the platter. But I was shocked to find out that it was going to be a "COLD ROAST". The roast was ice cold and tasteless. When enquired, I was told that "This is the way roast is served". They offered to heat it for me and I recieved a "microwaved raost". I would suggest that Haveli sticks by its traditional Indian food. I would suggest them to make their Ras malai better as the balls are not completely soaked. Overall, I was disappointed with their special buffet and do not think it was worth it. One more aspect. There is a this "Plump" looking manager who has an attitude problem and this puts you off, if served by him. Yes, it is encouraging to see the chef's cooking for you, but does not help your appetite when you see him suffering from a flu and sneezing all around!!
