Terrible service. Do NOT use.
Gave my car for new steering pump and door fault. They repaired the fault but received the car back with a dent on the door, wheel caps replaces with older ones. They claimed the air-filer housing was broken and replacing it would cost £200. I checked, it was fine. You have been warned!

Took my car in for mot and repair to the power steering and suspension, they quickly were able to diagnose the problem and were able to fix it in a short time. I found the service excellent, proficient and friendly . Good value for money, highly recommended to family and friends

Excellent Service
I have owened my BMW 5 series since 2000. E:39 from new it has been serviced with this garage since 2011, up on till then it was serviced at BMW. The HT technical team have maintained my vehicle to a very high standard, the same standard as the BMW main dealer, using only approved BMW parts, only difference been the cost of serviceing, which is by far cheaper than the main BMW dealer. I would recommend this garage to all car owners. Ignore these negative reviews. If you buy secondhand, use the RAC or the AA and have it checked over properly. My advice to all you car owners, have your cars serviced regularly. You can hardly blame the garage if your car needs replacement parts. We all dread having to pay for worn parts. Well done to all the HT team, keep up the good work.

Be warned
Took my car for a service, was quoted £260 for full service including MOT for a BMW 1 Series which then changed to £460 coz break pads needing changing. The MOT was done elsewhere and not on site which was not communicated to me, only found out when l arrived unannounced to enquire about my car (which was not on site). The staff are irritable when questioned and will definitely not be returning here ever again be warned !!!!! Am going to take my car to a proper BMW garage to verify what this garage has done to my car. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE + ADEQUATE PRICING
I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A FORD FIESTA FROM A SECOND HAND DEALER, AT FIRST THE CAR DROVE PERFECTLY HOWEVER AFTER 4 MONTHS OR SO MY CAR HAD MANY MAJOR FAULTS. THE GREATEST FAULT WAS AN ELECTRICAL FAULT. SO THEREFOR I WAS ADVISED BY MY FRIENDS TO VISIT HT TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN OFFER ME. THE PEOPLE AT HT TOLD ME HOW MUCH ITS GOING TO COST, SO I THOUGHT I SHOULD GO TO OTHER LOCAL GARAGES TO SEE IF THEIR PRICES DIFFER. INFACT HT MOT CENTRE OFFERED ME THE LOWEST PRICE OUT OF ALL THE CAR GARAGES IN SLOUGH! THEY EVEN REPORTED TO ME THAT THE ELECTRICAL FAULT WAS INFACT HAZARDOUS AND COULD HAVE CAUSED MAJOR ISSUES! OVERALL I AM EXTREMLY PLEASED THAT I CHOSE THE RIGHT GARAGE! :D

GOOD SERVICE
I AM TAKING MY 5 SERIES BMW TO THIS GARAGE SINCE I BOUGHT IT FIVE YEAR BACK SINCE THEN THEY ARE GIVING ME GOOD SERVICE, WHETHER IT IS BRAKE PADS,DISCS,CLUTCH, TIMEING CHAIN REPLACEMENT OR COMPLETE SREVICE OF VEHICLE.I HAD RECOMENDED THIS GARAGE TO MY FRIENDS AND THIS GARAGE NEVER LET ME DOWN FOR ITS PERFORMANCE,I STRONGLY RECOMENDE THIS GARAGE FOR ITS OVERALL EXCELLLENT SERVICE.

I had to get Inspection 2 for my mini, but i was working on that day, so i called the HT Mot as they are BMW specailists , they went out of their way, picked my car from my work place and returned when it was done and i was very much impressed with the service provided.

I got my Clutch replaced at HT Mot, and the service they offered me was excellent, i got my car back on time (Peugot) they recovered my car from my house an d dropped it when it was done with no extra charge which i thought was brilliant.

Great Customer Service
As you may be aware there are many car garages in Slough, I have to admit HT offers the best service. They offered me a courtesy car, when my Mercedes had a hazardous electrical fault. Any other faults that could have developed from the problem were also ammended on my consent - most garages either do the work without letting the customer know about how much its going to cost, HT were very informative!

Excellent Service
I visited the garage after finding their home website over the internet, I have a BMW 520d and I needed to get new Discs+Brakes fitted all around and my MOT was due, they gave me a courtsey car, i was prvided an excellent service, the staff was very proffesional and the managment was very good, they kept me updated with my car, and I was very satisfied with their customer service and got a free wash and hoover..

Ive had a service, MOT and cambelt done with HT Mot and no problems at all. The whole process was done very well and i havent a problem since. i was recommended from a friend to go there and i think i will do in future.

Very good service
I visited this garage after reading these reviews as it was quite local to me and the service that I was provided was excellent. They leant me a car over the few days while my car was being repaired. They gave me a full report on other faults that may need looking at and also had my car cleaned for me! Everyone seemed quite friendly and professional.

Nearly got extorted
Keep away from this place at all costs the last time i went there to ask them to have a look at my car as they did a service on it previously 6 months before they said my Bmw head gasket had gone which was causing an air lock and he tried to get me to agree to get the job done which would have cost nealry £1500 from wht he told me. I got the aa to look at it and they said the head gasket was fine it was just a minor leak. I took it to another grage they confirmed the same thing the gasket was fine and they just charged me an hours labour for all the tests on it When u give ur car to them they would always tell what other jobs need doing if it means they will make a lot of money on labour charges i been there twice and thats wht has happed when i got my car serviced twice previoulsy.

Poor atitude, poor knowledge.
They make you believe they are BMW specialists. They don't employ BMW trained mechanics like they used to. They have BMW training certificates on the wall for a guy that doesn't even work there! DON'T GO NEAR THEM!

Avoid like the plague
Check out the reviews for this dodgy garage and think carefully before visiting. There are plenty of good value garages in SLough with pleasant service I have never had a problem since switching to Rosewood Garage

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
I had my car worked on my this garage yesterday. To cut a long story short they told me it was fixed but I found it wasn't. Whether they did the work they charged for me for or not I will never know but I would strongly recommend you give this garage a wide berth. The owner is an extremely unpleasant man – after I left his office telling him he would not get my business again he came out after me saying and I quote “Good. I always get the last laughâ€. My advice - chose a different garage.
