Directors and Officers Insurance
Unlike liability policies that provide cover for claims arising from property damage and bodily injury, a D&O policy specifically provides cover for a "wrongful act," such as an actual or alleged error, omission, neglect or breach of duty.
Business Travel Insurance
A business travel policy covers 50 trips a year for business and pleasure trips. It covers all directors and their family in the business (children up to 18 or if in full-time education living at home). It can be invoiced through the business.
