Gio's Reading

When I first went to Gio's I was really impressed with the service, they made you feel really important. The shop was a bit run down but it was clean and fairly tidy. Even though it was a year before my wedding I fell in love with a dress and decided to order it. Then the fun began. I found it impossible to get hold of Nina, the woman that runs the shop, and whenever she said she was going to phone me she didn't. By the time my dress came in the shop had become EXSTREMELY untidy, dirty and a lot of the bulbs had blown and not be replaced so the lighting was terrible. Nina would turn up late for appointments I'd made with her and then when she finally showed up she wouldn't be ready and wouldn't have done what she was meant to. It took 6 months for her to finally get my veil in! On my wedding day both the straps on my dress broke! I do not think this should happen. I would not recommend Gio's. Choosing your wedding dress should be fun, exciting and all about you and Nina does not provide this sort of service. It was a very stressful experience at a time that was already stressful enough! Very poor!
