Biocraft operates throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and Surrey. We carry out basement conversions, basement extensions, specialist damp surveys, damp proofing, timber treatment (woodworm and dry treatment) and condensation control services.Biocraft is an approved contractor for Triton Chemical Manufacturing Co. Ltd and Isola Platon cavity membrane basement waterproofing systems. Triton is a leading manufacturer of products for the building preservation industry and is the sole distributor of Isola Platon cavity membrane basement waterproofing products.

Damp proofing basement flat
I had a few different companies come in and quote for this work, whilst some of the others were marginally cheaper on initial price they didn't offer near the level of service that biocraft did. From start to finish I didn't have to worry about any level of detail in terms of electrics, radiators, skirting etc. They were polite, punctual,friendly and very tidy. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Damp proofing work

Excellent service!
Biocraft arrived to do some remedial works to our bathroom, the group of lads who came to do the work were very punctual and very polite. They completed the work with a great amount of skill and commitment. I would happily recommend Biocraft to anyone in the future! Great Job!

Basement conversion in Grade II listed hoise
Biocraft carried out every element of a difficult basement conversion in our home from planning, design, dig, build and completion. This is the most professional company I have worked with and I used to be in the design industry. Every single member of the Biocraft team is professional, reliable, hard working, punctual, caring and a joy to have on the project. Attention to detail is implicit in all their work and every part of the project went smoothly. This basement had natural water spring which needed to be constantly pumped off and extremely damp walls, but everything was easily dealt with by Biocraft. The clay base underneath a concrete floor created a difficult working environment for the initial dig but nothing was too much trouble. I can wholeheartedly recommend Biocraft for any building work as they are absolutely brilliant in every way. The whole team worked together seamlessly and created a beautiful space for our family.

Water leak detection & survey
Biocraft carried out a water leak detection survey in my kitchen and utility room in Berkshire. They found and repaired the leak in a hot water pipe in the floor and then carried out all the drying and restoration works. I would like to say how pleased I am with the quality of the work undertaken and have always found their staff to be courteous and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Biocraft to other people.

"JUST OUTSTANDING"
I recently got home from holiday only to find that I had a fractured overhead water pipe and the place was a mess. Biocraft got involved and I cannot say how glad I am that they did they were outstanding. The whole flat had to be stripped out due to the amount of water in the walls and the floor and then a long drying out period took place, obviously due to the amount of water from the fractured pipe. Well I am now home with a lovely new kitchen a fabulous new bathroom and the whole flat looks immaculate all due to Biocraft, their workmanship was, without a doubt, excellent and Brian the fitter was just exceptional. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Outstanding service"
I recently came back from my holiday to find that an overhead water pipe had burst and Biocraft got involved in sorting this whole mess out the whole flat had to be stripped and a long drying out period took place. Well now back in my home with a new kitchen, a superb bathroom it is fantastic. The workmanship of Biocraft is beyond words they are exceptional and Brian the fitter is outstanding in his work. Damp Proofing Garage
Having a large, substantial and very robust double garage that was built into the side of a hill unfortunately came with its own issues. The garage had uneven cast concrete retaining walls on all three sides and a concrete block roof, not only was the garage damp, it was cold and un-welcoming. Biocraft treated all the walls preventing the damp, cement screed and plastered the walls so they were smooth and easy to paint. Insulated and plaster boarded the ceiling with sunken lights and finally put leveling compound across the floor. I now have a fantastic workshop that is bright and warm and a pleasure to spend time in. The craftsmen that did the work were conscientious, tidy and very professional who I have highly recommended to everyone who has commented on my now brilliant workshop.

open plan living
We asked Biocraft to help us design and execute on the development of an open plan living area between the entrance hall, dining room, kitchen and utility room. Running the entre depth of the house, we recognised that this ambitious plan from Biocraft would bring the obvious benefits, such as light that flows throughout the area, the ability for you to socialise with guests whilst cooking and overall much more space. When completed what we got surpassed all of our expectations, the finish and build quality was excellent, the solid wood kitchen with granite work surfaces are a joy to behold, cooking on my new Range is a dream. The project took several weeks and throughout this time the team at Biocraft did everything they could to minimise the impact of the upheaval on my family. Completing on time and to budget, was the icing on what is now a perfect cake, thank you Biocraft.

Basement Conversion
Biocraft built a full size basement to our property giving us nearly a third more living space. Biocraft also built into the basement a full bathroom, giving us now the versatility of having either another bedroom with an en-suite for when we have visitors or extra living space for our growing family. The dedicated Biocraft team completed all the work on-time, and to the originally agreed budget, everything was finished to an exceptionally high standard throughout. I would fully recommend Biocraft to anyone.

Professional from start to finish

Great Service
Biocraft carried out some damp proofing in my home whilst I was having refurbishment works carried out. I was in a hurry to get the damp sorted out and Biocraft were the only company to return my call. The problem was identified and the works carried out within three days. Condensation problem solved!!
Thankyou for installing the positive ventilation fan to my house that I rent out. After suffering from condensation for a number of years a friend recommended Biocraft to me to resolve the problem. I found Biocraft to be professional and effecient in installing the fan. I no longer suffer from condensation in the house.

Damp proofing and Condensation Control
During the past 18 months I have used a number of dry masters and flat masters in various rental properties. The machines have eliminated the condensation and the resulting mould. In the past I've tried everything from air bricks to extractor fans, but they've only masked the problem. I used to have to paint every time a tenant left, but now I don't! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these products – they're amazing, I wish I ‘d discovered them years ago.
