Yesterday I went to Action bikes to have them look at a second hand bicycle I bought. It had a dent in the frame and that turned out to be very serious (basically I had wasted 170 pounds...) They were very kind and offered a 10% discount on a new bicycle, a discount on mudguards and in addition they swopped some of the better parts of my second hand bike so my new bike was upgraded and this was all free of cost eventhough this took them about an hour's work. In summary they were kind, knowledgable and very professional!
