Special day 80th birthday for my sister
Used this company to be taken to London. Trip up there was very pleasant the driver was very experienced nice drive up to London he was a lovely guy very different experience returning from London driver made you feel uncomfortable he drove in a erratic manner he didn't seem to know what he was doing kept looking at his phone. It was a bad ending to a lovely day out.

One very dissatisfied customer
I booked a mini bus to take us to a christmas meal and this did not arrive. We accepted the apology and rearranged for a minibus to pick us up. I went to great lengths to explain it was the Wellington Arms on the A33 and the taxi went to Tadley. So we had a 20 minute wait for this to be sorted. As we had had good service in the past I risked ordering a taxi to collect me from the Great Western Hotel at Calcot at midnight. It didn't arrive so I called and was assured that it was on the way and that they would call me ro let me know when to expect it. The call didn't happen. I called on three more occasions to finally be told that the taxi had broken down and they didnt know when it would get to me. At this point I gave up and cancelled the booking. I would say to all ladies who want to book transport home in order to stay safe USE ANOTHER COMPANY. This company happily leaves their clients waiting in the cold for a taxi that was never going to turn up. I have deleted the number from my phone so that I will never make this mistake again. I cannot even give a rating for the service I received, but as I cant leave it blank I have had to give an over rated 1 star
