in a particular discipline, including finance, sales and marketing, technology, management,

procurement, IT consulting services, management development, human resources advising,
and etc.

NSL will have a focus on start-up businesses, preferably in the earlier stages of operation.

prefers to establish a relationship with a younger operation and continue to nurture that
relationship over the long term.

NSL will be established as Nimus Solutions Limited with one director and owns a 100% share in the company. Mr Saleem, Mohammed Abdul has extensive experience in
business planning and finance, including CFO positions with various companies. Mr. Saleem, Mohammed Abdul brings in experience in the area of Finance, marketing, advertising, and
communications.
