I am a passionate advocate of human development and lifelong learning I have been able to include coaching and mentoring in various ways in business and a career spanning nearly 30years.
I love working with people from all walks of life, recognising that each person's sense of fulfilment, success, belonging, identity, happiness and purpose is unique as are the challenges they face and the opportunities brought about in everyday life.
As a professional Co-active Coach | PCC | CPCC and RTT Clinical Hypnotherapist I am committed to maintain the highest professional standard working to the code of ethics, competency and ongoing professional development for services provided.
My purpose is to make a positive, healthy, and profound impact on people's everyday lives to improve their physical and mental health. Helping guide individuals to uncover their truest potential and be able to live each day more intentionally and fulfilled.
My biggest success has been that after having a significantly disrupted education leaving school at 16 with no formal qualifications, I was driven enough to end up working in business with a career spanning nearly 30 years.
During this time I have been able to experience many different aspects and types of business, including significant P&L accountability, leading both small and large teams, partnering senior leaders, directors and executive teams shaping the strategy of business and working life for employees with all the benefits that come with it along with navigating degrees of personal adversity.
My commitment is to end suffering by inspiring and guiding individuals in finding the most appropriate support. This includes recommending alternative therapists or options for specialist conditions in circumstances which are outside the remit of the service I offer.
