Disgraceful Company
fabeha fashion failed to deliver my Eid cloths in time for Eid although they confirmed they would. It was ordered a week before Eid but they did not process my order even though the money was taken from my account. I was left with no Eid cloths and they refused to refund my p&p cost aswel. An absolute disgrace. Ruining someone’s Eid day and causing them stress. I will not recommend this disgraceful company to anyone.

Mis sold
I as a customer have been deceived by this company. My sister and I made enquiries with the staff before purchasing items confirming the dresses were semi stiched as we needed dresses for children from the ages of 6 to 13. We asked about a particular item and was told this will be semi stiched so it can be altered to any size hence why we ordered 7 outfits which cost us £315 after taking their word. We received all the items and all of them were stiched! I called up straight away and was told I will get a call back after waiting a week I had to call the store again yesterday and yet nothing has been done. I have also attempted to contact them via whatsapp, my messages were read but they fail to respond with an apology. The items that were purchased was mis sold to us as on the website it is described as semi stiched. Really bad customer service!
