A shambles
The service I have received from this agency has been continuously poor over an extended period. They appear to have no idea what 'Person Centred Care' means & treat both their clients & caring staff very shabbily. The carers are mostly good but very stressed & often upset by the co-ordinators. They often forget to allocate carers and one is frequently on the phone trying to find out what is happening. The office staff blatantly lie almost every time one calls in. Why? They must know you will realise this. I cannot think of a circumstance in which I could recommend them.
