Avoid Bowdens estate agents
Do not under any circumstances use Bowdens estate agents. I rented a property with them and only found out after it ended that they were supposed to use a Deposit Protection Scheme. This is required by law - something they simply ignored as they are well aware that there is very little comeback. It has been nearly four months now and the have not returned my deposit. They say they will return it and on four occasions so far have said they are paying it, but fail to do so. The only recourse left is to take them to court. They are crooks and liars. You have been warned.
