I won't be back

Zero G are the aothorized retailer for Pucky children's bikes in the wider Bristol area, so I purchased two bikes for my kids (which they had to order as they don't hold stock). Today I went back with one of the bikes that had just a screw missing. Despite the Zero G sticker on the bike, the salesman argued the bikes were not sold by them, they never sold Pucky bikes, and I should go to "an electical retailer, Srewfix or the like" to get the part. Snooty and ignorant is my verdict. This shop does not deserve any business. I previously also bought two Giant bikes for my wife and me from the same shop. Despite good quality (we paid top £££) the bikes are ill fitting as neither framesize is adequate for my wife and myself. We went to this shop because it is large and looks decent. However, the salesmen have no clue what they are talking about. In addition they are unwilling and snooty.
