Bread-making at The Thoughtful Bread Company is a labour of love. Our bread is made from the most seasonal and locally sourced or foraged ingredients, fresh each and every day. Each loaf is hand-rolled and individual in character. Produced using extended proving periods each bite will leave you wanting more. We produce Real bread, the way bread should be made: - Absolutely no additives - Absolutely no colourants (even the beetroot bread is naturally coloured from the Beetroot juice) - Absolutely no preservatives - No improvers or other nasty processing aids you find in commercial bread We keep the amount of machinery we use to an absolute minimum so we really are whole heartily involved in the making of every single loaf, sweet treat or savoury that leaves our bakery.
