I took my hamster to this vets after noticing my hamster couldn't eat and was walking around with his mouth open, the vet told me that it was a overgrown tooth, and clipped his teeth telling me he would be fine, this cost me £70. At the time i didn't care how much it was i just wanted to get him better, I checked him over when i got home and he was covered in blood. I then decided to take him to vets4pets in filton, who then told me that infact it wasn't overgrown teeth that was causing the trouble but a tumour that was clearly visible in the mouth. The vet could not perform the operation as by then he was very weak, He later on passed away that day, I then contacted ROWE vets who took 2 weeks to reply to the email, saying that vets4pets must of been lying because there vet would never mis-diagnose a patient. No apology no nothing.. Stay clear.
