Dreadful - go elsewhere
WE had home contents and cars insured with this company when they were originally Torribles who were bought out by Oval. The service and quality fell apart as soon as the company were bought out - we lost massively on a car insurance and shoddy service. Don't use them! We had been happily with Torribles for over 20 years
