UNRELIABLE CONTRACTOR
He said he would turn up one day and didn't and couldn't bother to phone, his excuse was he was working all day, really not time for a polite phone call, then he promised he would be there another day and let me down again no phone call. I have since been told by a very reliable person that his work is shoddy and he's not cheap. BE WARNED
