This restaurant can get very crowded at times, and the seating plan is a little too close together for my liking. The food is good, but it depends when you go (&presumably which staff are working), whether it's actually well cooked or not.I have two young children, & I found that although they provide highchairs, etc there is not always space to place them near enough to the table, & quite often the children have been placed in walkways, etc - annoying other customers who need to get by.The staff are generally friendly & accommodating, there is usually at least a 30minute wait (in the crowded bar) at busy times though. The last time I checked they do not allow bookings on these days either, which I found to be inconvenient.This restaurant is recommended, however it is probably more suited to adults & older children than to those with babies / toddlers.

Harvester, Lamb and Flag
Excellent value for money. Very pleasant friendly staff. New menu much improved. Good all round friendly eatery that can get very busy!!!
