Highly recommend
I was very nervous about my scan having previously had multiple miscarriages. Both staff members we encountered couldn't have been kinder. The sonographer was particularly calm, clear and professional in her approach which made such a difference. Highly recommend

Lovely vibe from start to finish!
I know this is private so you can’t really compare with the NHS but this was such a better experience for me. I am very uncomfortable with my stomach and the sonographer was just lovely. The room and tech is just so amazing as well. Lovely vibe from start to finish! The girls on reception couldn’t be friendlier either

Incredible experience with the 4d scan seeing my baby's face for the first time, utterly mind-blowing. The team were super friendly and the sonographer gave me plenty of time and care in the appointment. It was a real bonding experience for me with my baby and was so grateful for my gift and the quality of the products I took home. Thank you. X

Friendly staff, had us back an hour later due to baby not being in a good position, pleasant surroundings, high quality scan pictures. No hard doing if extras but helpfully making us aware. Discount on future scans. Sonographer very good at telling us loads of info. All in all a great experience.

Very enjoyable.
Very enjoyable. We have been so greatful to Imaginatal being there throughout our pregnancy experience. From early dating scan, to gender reveal and 4D. We were also seen straight away when we had a medical scare with baby in early pregnancy and the NHS couldn’t fit us in - we were able to come in for a scan and see his heartbeat and have the reassurance that everything was okay

The most perfect experience!
Myself and my partner are expecting our first child and we had a 3D scan. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend and definitely will return with my next pregnancy!

I cannot fault imaginatal at all. The first part of this review is my experience at a different company. Back in March I had a miscarriage, I’d had an early scan elsewhere, firstly we were unable to see the scan screen, and secondly the sonographer scanned me for a good 5 minutes in complete silence (felt like forever), before saying there is only a yolk sac and no baby. They didn’t offer a repeat scan and told me in a negative way even though it wasn’t definite the pregnancy wouldn’t be successful. We were then placed in what looked like a stock room to ‘take it in’, before leaving upset. A fetal pole did develop but unfortunately no heartbeat so I did miscarry in the end but this was confirmed via the nhs a few weeks later. Now fast forward a few months later, pregnant again and I book my early scan with imaginatal. I dated myself around 6 weeks at this point. When we arrived we felt so welcome; everyone was so friendly. We got into the scan room and there were big screens all around so we could watch the whole scan clearly. Again, we only saw a yolk sac so naturally worried but our sonographer was reassuring from the second she began scanning me. Straight away I was told we are just a little too early so they will rebook me in for free in 3 weeks. Every question and worry I brought up was met with a reassuring response and I left with hope. We went for our follow up scan and again, everyone was very extremely friendly, and we had the same sonographer who was lovely again throughout. We saw our baby was growing perfectly and we rebooked our gender scan straight away as I would now not go anywhere else. I was told I could bring my 3 children with me to the next scan to experience it with us. What an amazing little place and a great team of staff. Thank you so much for our experiences so far. We can’t wait to come back!
