You may have a health need which you don't seem to be able to manage or relieve. Your choice of food can have a very big effect on these things. It's often not enough to simply “eat healthily" – foods and supplements to which particular needs will respond positively or negatively need to be individually identified.Knowing the right foods for YOU could help you achieve your goals Perhaps you would like help to find effective ways of overcoming an illness or disease, improve your protection against potentially life threatening diseases, achieve a faster recovery from illness or surgery, improve your mental health, lose or gain weight, overcome an addiction such as smoking or alcohol and greatly improve your general level of health. I have several years' successful experience working with clients on these issues.
