Regret giving my Settee/Sofa for Upholstering

My review is based on my real experience with Bobbie Burns and I would definitely never recommend Bobbie Burns located on North Street, Bedminster, Bristol to anyone who loves their piece of furniture! I was badly let down. He asked for payment in advance and I paid it to him (£600). He went on as to the great work they do for his customers etc and I bought into it! Now more than two months later and I have not seen any work on it done yet! He still making empty promises and it suurprises me that he can look you point blank in the eye and lie abot having it ready the next week etc but never mean a word of it! Bobbie kept making excuses whenever we went to inquire of the status of the work and when we are going to be getting our settee back. Instead I found it under some other badly broken furniture and in quite a sad state. The sofa is an Antique and they had kept it in their workshop with no respect for it. They may be seeming nice but unfortunately we were mislead by them. I really am disappointed. I will be getting my settee back and hope he returns my money back and if not then I guess we have a court case in our hands!
