Welcome to Tyldesley St. George\u2019s Central CE School. We pride ourselves on being a warm, caring and friendly school.

We are a Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School for boys and girls aged from 3 to 11 years. It is expected that there will be approximately 300 children on roll in September 2013.

Our school motto of: \u2018Never Settle for less then your best\u2019 is at the heart of everything we do in school and together with parents, carers, governors, the church and local community, each and every child is encouraged to follow this principle.

We are fortunate that we have many classrooms and resource areas, a modern ICT suite, a huge sports field and a large playground. Your child will be taught by talented, enthusiastic and caring staff who use their expertise to extend the learning experiences of all pupils both in the classroom and in a range of extra \u2013 curricular clubs, trips and activities.
