I arrived at Tunis Airport on the 11th July 2007. I was very nervous coming to a country by myself that I did not know. But I had no need to worry. My bed clothes were changed daily and the room cleaned, and there was no MRSA to worry about. I was taken to a beautiful hotel after my operation where again the staff were all friendly and caring. I had a lovely time and did not want to go home. How’s that for a nervous patient? I can only speak highly of the doctors and for all the staff’s kindness towards me and a special thank you to Ruth for arranging everything for me within weeks. I am no longer in dreadful pain, and all the dreadful burping has stopped. I am very grateful for everyone’s help and would have no hesitation in recommending the Hospital or Operations Abroad Worldwide to anyone in the future. I can now get on with my life once more and look forward to the future.

My main reason for going abroad was to avoid the waiting lists and I could not wait in pain any longer. I chose Operations Abroad Worldwide due to the speed that they could get my operation done and their superb reputation. I cannot fault any area of the total service I received. I felt totally respected at all times. I would say it was excellent value for money and there were no hidden extras or charges. All in all after having been in a number of hospitals throughout the world I would rate the hospital in Germany by far the best with dedicated doctors and staff.
