Cut my dogs skin and left him bleeding
I will never use K9 Swim for grooming ever again. They managed to cut my dogs skin at least 3 times. When I got home I noticed blood on my hand and saw that he was still bleeding from his paw. The standard of the cut is not that great as the groomer has missed areas, leaving longer tufts of fur. I don't think the groomers here are very experienced. Maybe one or two cuts I could understand, but when it gets more than that, the groomer should be asking themselves if they're qualified to continue. I would rather they stopped cutting my dog's fur and phoned me, rather than keep hurting him.
