Appalling customer service
First off the company failed to inform me the required item was out of stock, then claim they do not post same day and that the website needs to be updated. Thereafter they insist on sending me another item despite me telling them it would not arrive in time. When it did arrive late it was sent back unopened in the original packaging. They then made excuses about not having been to the sorting office to collect their parcels, and having to check records to see if it had been returned. I eventually had to get a refund through Paypal, thankfully I had paid through them. To top it all off every time I called the 'owner' made some cock and bull excuse and hung up without waiting to see if I was happy with his response. A very rude and unhelpful company who I would advise anyone to avoid.
