I had a Teams call with Connor Moss who took me through the BrightHR system as a new user. I shared my screen whilst we went through the training. Connor was patient with my questions, friendly, polite, supportive, and was able to provide all the information I needed. Connor followed up with an email with his contact details and links to other resources. We are a retail organisation and, unfortunately, at present, the system does not do everything we need, however, I am hopeful with providing constant feedback, BrightHR will develop the system to meet our needs. My ratings are purely based on my experience with Connor and not the HR system.

After seeming to be the only one in my company who could not seem to open the Bright HR Blip app on my mobile device, I contacted BrightHR Support and was put through to Darren. It took a bit of going back and forth to check various settings and reinstalling the app but finally he found the problem and the issue was sorted out in seconds. Thanks again!

Chatted online with Chloe Jones this morning as I was trying to send through a new employees registration form, so that she could access the brighthr app. The new employee couldn't find the link, it kept coming up blank. Chloe was able to advise me on what to do, and the link was sent and the new employee is now able to get onto the app, was a great help and very quickly dealt with.

Stella is an absolute star!!!!!!! I called 4people who made me feel like I did not know what I was doing with the clock Ins /Blip app. One said the bright Hr and the blip app had no correlation...Stella explained everything and handled it like a PRO!!! Although the error was unintentionally from my end the others were not keen to help find out what the problem could be.....she was able to resolve my issues and I am soo grateful as this had already disrupted our service. After difficult personal circumstances and having great initial contact, I must admit I was let down by lack of contact and assistance as promised. I now know this was an isolated incident and definitely not the ethos of the company. I can’t remember the first person I spoke to who provided incredible assistance, but more recently both Melissa Shaw from payments and Mark Dunne from Retentions today have 100% restored my faith in the company. They both took ownership and handled me with compassion and professionalism. They are an asset to the company and care about their clients.

We moved our HR System to Bright HR when HR Online was closed down. The process was seamless. The onboarding training with Kevin was everything that was needed to allow me to be comfortable as the Administrator to maintain the system. The migration of the data between the systems by Kirsty, again, was seamless and she kept me up to date all through the process. All round the onboarding and transfer of data has been great and saved me a lot of work. All done in a professional and friendly manner

Gabriele Phelan helped me today. Normally I dread online chats as they run through the same scripts for ages before transferring you to a real person who makes you wait for ages between answers. My Experience with Bright couldn't have been more different to my expectations.. One question to the chat bot, it realised it couldn't help straight away and transferred me to a real person. (Gabriele Phelan) they were incredibly responsive and replied straight away as soon as I finished typing. Issue was resolved straight away. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do. Best experience of an online chat I've ever had. :-)

Took over half an hour with answers providing little or no details taking minutes between very basic questions or replies (i.e. confirming our name/organisation) for them to say we need to email support. Never volunteered any information that would have resolved the query and rarely directly answered a question leading to more questions to try and clarify. Bright HR and Bright Safe are not intuitive systems and their customer service is also not up to the task of resolving issues with it.

We are a new customer to Bright HR, and like most things the system takes a little while to embed, but we are making progress. We are three weeks into the new system, where everyone is set up; staff are clocking in/out; resetting passwords but one the whole the system is working. It will be good to have payroll connected to our system, however we will have to wait until it is launched. The staff try hard to resolve issues, but sometime it is necessary to make an extra call. Once our understanding of the system is embedded, things will get easier.
