22.03.24 - Just had to call 0844 892 3927 as when trying to log into my BrightHR account the screen showed 'You no longer have access to your Bright account' - thankfully Kirsty Ambrose was swiftly able to correct this, advising it was due to an end date not being carried over their end - she apologised for the inconvenience caused and reset and I am able to now log in - thank you.
