I had been trying to get in contact with someone at BrightHR and once escalated to Ben, he jumped right on it. Ben quickly scheduled a call and thoroughly addressed my question. my annual leave entitlement was showing as negative and my admin said they cannot approve new leave requests until this is sorted. Ben was polite, very professional and, most of all, patient. Although I am registered as admin, I have not used Bright HR for anything except for sending holiday requests. Today, I realised that one of my colleagues working hours are using incorrect, it included lunch break. I telephoned to ask for assistance to correct her records. Ben answered the phone politely. I explained the situation and he advised to amend her contract, it would mean a new profile will have to be created. Ben talked me through it from start to finish with professionalism, kindness and patience. At the end of the call he asked if there is anything else he can help me with and has politely asked if I could send a feedback about our phone call which I advised I am happy to do. I had a Teams call with Connor Moss who took me through the BrightHR system as a new user. I shared my screen whilst we went through the training. Connor was patient with my questions, friendly, polite, supportive, and was able to provide all the information I needed. Connor followed up with an email with his contact details and links to other resources. We are a retail organisation and, unfortunately, at present, the system does not do everything we need, however, I am hopeful with providing constant feedback, BrightHR will develop the system to meet our needs. My ratings are purely based on my experience with Connor and not the HR system.

Stella is an absolute star!!!!!!! I called 4people who made me feel like I did not know what I was doing with the clock Ins /Blip app. One said the bright Hr and the blip app had no correlation...Stella explained everything and handled it like a PRO!!! After difficult personal circumstances and having great initial contact, I must admit I was let down by lack of contact and assistance as promised. I now know this was an isolated incident and definitely not the ethos of the company. We moved our HR System to Bright HR when HR Online was closed down. The process was seamless. The onboarding training with Kevin was everything that was needed to allow me to be comfortable as the Administrator to maintain the system. The migration of the data between the systems by Kirsty, again, was seamless and she kept me up to date all through the process. I am a current user. I Cannot fault the service from Charlene. She was so organised and efficient. Following a migration of our accounts/software.... She uploaded the action plan as a document. Added the ‘Added Docs’ to the documents section of Brightsafe. Uploaded the Personal Risk Assessment as a document. Uploaded all responsibilities as documents and created. Uploaded task list reports as documents. Managed so well and save me so much time.
