TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered an ISO lead for a Sony head unit, paid extra for 24/48 hour postage as I needed to fit the unit asap. The lead didn't arrive until 5 working days later, 7 days after ordering, too late. I then contacted them to arrange a return of the item for refund, I also complained about the slow postage. I returned the item via Royal Mail, funnily enough they received it the next day!!!! They have had it for over 8 days and no refund. I contacted them and the response was it was a 'special order item' and a refund was not possible. Their own terms and conditions list 'SPECIAL ORDER' as: 'Any item that is specific to a vehicle is also classed as a “special order.” The cable is NOT specific to a Vehicle it is for a head unit that can be fitted into any vehicle. So they contradict their own T&C. They accused me of threatening them, etc etc. When I asked for a refund for the item. They admit they have the item but they will dispose of it as its my property. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have now had to complete a Section 75 claim to my bank to obtain a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID . NOW they lie on reply, the order was made on 17 June the item delivered on 23 June. Liars AVOID AVOID AVOID Trading Standards Complaint made.
