Avoid like the plague
Crooks, quite simply. Quoted for unneccesary work, when forced to do just the required work (luckily i obtained a second opinion) did it extremely slowly and then tried to charge for more and more 'problems'. Couldnt decide if they were liars or just very very bad at their trade - until I realised he'd stolen my watch!
