An absolute shambolic experience with this Uber-wannabe entrant into the 'on-demand' laundry service space; damp laundry items and clothing damaged by inappropriate/incorrect treatment. Perky customer service staff (who bombard you with numerous texts) and the promise of a seamless and convenient pick-up and delivery scheme camouflage poor quality service -- the laundry and dry cleaning are outsourced to local providers -- and the logistical and quality control issues associated with such a business model. Funded/incubated by Rocket Internet, ZipJet epitomises all the worst aspects of digital economy hubris and wishful thinking. Verdict: take your custom elsewhere.
