For a long time, I’ve been having terrible back problems that really affect my day-to-day life. So a few weeks ago, when my wife and I were getting ready to relocate, I was really worried about how much I’d input I’d be able to give because I can’t do a lot of lifting with my back problems. Luckily I didn’t have to worry because after calling Wales Removals, they assured me that their team would take care of everything. To be honest I thought it was just a marketing tactic but on the day, the team really did do all of the lifting and loading. I highly recommend their house removals service.

My housemate managed to give the removal van the wrong address, which could have spelled disaster. Wales Removals's staff were amazing though and the mess was sorted in no time. I was so embarrassed but they very diplomatically told me that it had happened before and not to worry. If I was them I probably would have lost my temper, but no. They were perfect gents about it. As far as I can remember I have never done a review for anything but after that fiasco and the brilliant way they handled it I would feel really bad if I didn't!

Great removal day! I had such a good time considering I was doing nothing because the men from Wales Removals did everything instead of me. They didn't even let me help with the loading of the items but I guess this is what makes them professionals. Thanks for the good work and the reasonable price you gave me.

There were some issues throughout my removal but they were quickly resolved by the guy I talked on the phone since the first time I contacted Wales Removals. I liked the company's working style, they were communicating easily and efficiently and tried not to bother the client. The moving team was faultless and all went fine. I moved from London to Amsterdam using a company called Wales Removals and I am delighted by them. What I had to move was a two bedroom apartment with furniture, utilities and many, many boxes. My family and I gathered most of the things and when I saw them all together in one room I thought that it will take at least 2 hours to load everything in the van. Two guys came, and were even a little early and they worked very hard. They loaded everything in less than an hour! Impressive! The next day they arrived in Amsterdam and unloaded everything as quickly as the first time . Nothing was broken or damaged. We hardly did any work at all, this fantastic company did everything for us.
