DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a Cat Flap from Pet-Supermarket - exactly the same order date and promised delivery as Graham Tyler's post. New back door being fitted on 5th August - no Cat flap!!!! Payment made through Paypal and was taken by company called Viverdi Ltd. Am very annoyed to say the least - if only I had read reviews before ordering I would certainly not have ordered from them. A hard lesson to learn. My cat, meanwhile is still waiting for her cat flap and now I have had to resort to ordering one from Amazon - a totally different experience. Am very glad that their website is down as it will prevent anyone else making the same mistake.

Bankrupt Business?
Ordered dog food on 29 July 2015, emailed receipt said delivery by or before 5 August 2015 but nothing received by this date. Tried phoning on 6 August but phone calls all cut off after hearing "thank you for phoning" message. Web site down so cannot trace order or make contact. Found a message on Facebook from another customer in same position dated 4 August so can only assume that Pet-Supermarket is in Administration. Claiming refund from credit card provider.

PETER TOFIELD 31 SELLWOOD DRIVE BARNET EN5 2RW I ORDERED OVER £48 WORTH OF ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED, BUT THEY HAVENT BEEN DELIVERED ALTHOUGH IVE BEEN RECIEPTED AND CHARGED THROUGH PAYPAL ON THE16th JAN. ALTHOUGH I HAVE SENT LOADS OF EMAILS THEY HAVE ALL BEEN RETURNED SAYING "NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS"
