i honestly believe they only have one cleaner and the first time you book they are fine fab website with all the promses of replacement cleaners cancelled ten minutes before due time via text and when i called them an extremely rude man told me no cleaner today just did not turn up to a friend of mine nice website shame they dont have the business to match

AVOID LIKE THE PEST!!!
I give this company a 1 star because there is no option for a 0 which is just what they deserve. The agent at the phone is extremely rude. I booked with them to haven someone come along on a Sunday morning only to be waiting until 10.30 when I decided to give them a call. The woman at the phone was very temper and annoyed that I contacted her and said I never booked, I told her that I did and that I even got a message from them confirming it, she said she would call me back and hanged up..indeed she called me back just to tell me to next time check better my phone and with this she simply hanged up leaving me in the middle of a sentence....I used them in the past and they were bad, but at least they turned up. My advise is to pay a bit more and save you from them not turning up, doing a bad job and being rude for no reason.

NO CONTRACTS- NO FEES - All you have to pay is hourly rate when you use a service. Only£ 7.00 per hour
