Worst service ever...
Really really bad service, perhaps the worst I have seen in London. If you have a problem they will not help you. I have been trying to get my pass working for seven months and still not working, in the meantime my direct debit details have been lost and they have not been able to fix them yet. Also they will not let you go easily as they will refer to the minimum contract term. Good luck!
