Great local pub, friendly and homely atmosphere! Great place to catch up and unwind......yes there is a rather stroppy guy but had many decent meals here and the skate main makes it forgivable! Would recommend!

Great cosy local pub with a fab quiz on a Tuesday night. Food is the usual fare at average London prices. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and there's always a great atmosphere with the sense that people have come in to catch up with friends and wind down from their day at work.

Most likely we were unlucky on the sun we went, but the one visit was enough to put you off for life. The waitress brought the wrong food (no biggie), then head waiter/manager guy proceeded to ignore us/be a real arse! Sorrrrry mate!Re: food - roast beef - meet was rubbery. Potatoes were volcanically hot. Dessert was nice though...One to avoid, methinks. And tell that manager dude to stop being such a stroppy gastro diva.
