On Saturday, I paid £80 to have nouveau (false) eyelashes attached to my normal eyelashes. This is the first time I have had this treatment. I was 65/100 satisfied with the work done by Jane. As I thought that she had done an excellent job applying the false eyelashes, however, there were 2 reasons why I was not completely satisfied: 1. When I walked outside into the sunlight, I found that the eyelashes were falling too low and were actually obscuring the top part of my vision. This is still the case. 2. I was not happy with the length. For me, they were too long. I called on the Sunday to see if I could speak to Jane. The receptionist said that she would get Jane to call me back. Billy, the Manager, called me back. As soon as he started speaking he was incredibly aggressive and rude. I tried to explain the problem to him, he didn't listen and kept talking over the top of me. His attitude was incredibly unprofessional. Initially, he was very nice to me when I made enquiries about having the eyelashes done, but I felt that, as soon as he got my money, he had no interest whatsoever as to whether or not I was a satisfied customer or not. I would give him a rating of 0/100 for attitude and professionalism. Potentially, the situation could have been resolved, e.g. arrange another time to go back to the salon and have Jane trim the eyelashes, but because of Billy's attitude, I don't even want to go back to their shop. He definitely will not be getting my repeat business.
