A warning to all landslords this lot were Pemberstone Letting, who I used for a few years to let my property whilst I was away. They let the property to their friends (which I was unaware of) and keep telling me that property rental had not gone up and everytime something broke always seemed to be my responsibility. Pemberstone letting had suppressed the rent by £500.00 amonth! And today are still using my property to promote Stuart Mackenzie these are the very worst in Letting Agents and need to removed from the industry.
