Rubbish
Avoid, avoid, avoid. One of the most unprofessional and untrustworthy companies I've ever dealt with - they utterly failed to keep any appointment. First appointment - 1 hr late. Second appointment to fix the problem, I took time off work, and by the time they were an hour and a half late, and after several phone calls to them (they won't contact you to say they're late) they rescheduled to midday the following day, and finally arrived at 4 pm. Then he failed to fix the fault. Third appointment was rescheduled by a day again, and then 40 minutes late, so I called them - only to be told they weren't coming at all as they couldn't find the parts. So I've wasted considerable amounts of time, considerable amounts of money, and I still have a fault.

Thanks! These guys care about doing the right thing - That's so hard to come by these days! They were honest about the work that needed to be done and they didn't have any hidden costs and, best of all, they actually showed up when they said they would. The technician who came out saved me from needlessly replacing parts that were fine and showed me tips to save money in the future too. I would recommend Steve Plumbers to anyone. Good job guys!
